A very interesting presentation about rethinking the entire value creation chain in the case of a product-oriented startup.     Glad to see you posting this Dragos. People for some time have discussed benefits of feature-driven development but right now all I can think about is REVENUE driven development. I guess that's why this post resonates with me. Besides our own work with Scrum that compliments this approach what other software development management methodologies has Krogos been applying recently?
