Contrary to many beliefs, doing business is not always about being serious or stiff, but rather, sometimes, about creating a laidback and comfortable setting with your stakeholders in a business context (customers, employees, etc) that may lead to better premises for achieving results. Additionally, (good) humour may take some of the stress away, especially in not-so-favourable cases with, for example, the customers when trying to make the best out of a situation. I guess it all depends on the character/personality of whoever's in charge though and her being spontaneous. Here's a good example.
