we should invite this guy to romania, maybe he'll bring the willingness we miss.
Ross lived in Estonia for a while, he actually used to be an advisor to the Estonian president. And "the willingness" should come from ourselves, if we're waiting for others to push us from behind we will remain just waiting. If we're not proactive and always looking for things to improve our lives we're doomed to be among the laggards. And I can tell you that waiting for the EU to push us from behind doesn't sound too exciting for me.
