This is the title of a BusinessWeek article, found via A Fistful of Euros. Lots of good meat there, I am not going to get into details. One thing though,the "near-shoring" concept or shifting work to countries that cost less but are only a short hop away. Romania, Bulgaria and the newly-admitted-to-EU Central Eastern European countries are doing that, with the cultural and time zones, also mentioned here, as competitive advantage versus the Indians.
