Softwin's Florin Talpes with some industry estimates: this year's local industry growth will be of about 13% getting to EUR 230 mil. while software exports will increase to EUR 220 mil. from 170 mil in 2003. 95% of the exports will come from outsourcing or, more specific, near-shoring.
