Keeping the direction
Very insightful post about how the environment can play a great influence upon one's behavior. It explores three main directions (mirror neurons, emotional contagion and happy people) and basically explains how one's motivation is greatly influenced by the ones from the people from around you. I found it particularly interesting since for the past 6 months or so, which were some of the most difficult of my life, I found it rather difficult to reach the right motivation set and the positive thinking while transitioning a period full of shit.
