The American staff from the English embassy from London refuses to pay the
so-called congestion charge - a fee imposed to anybody driving
through Central London. Oh well, apparently it's become an issue of pride
and questioning of semantics, apparently the diplomats are entitled to be
tax exempted according to a Vienna treaty. :) [

it must be anathema for them to pay a tax that is meant to reduce the consumption of gasoline / petrol. Ho hum.
