Interesting stats found over at "Lista lui Filip" (a newly-discovered Romanian blog - thanks Filip for the email). It looks like in 2001-2003 there were more than 2200 ordinary laws adopted by the Romanian governement. More interestingly this number is by far higher than the one representing the laws adopted in 1992-2000 period. Does this mean they've been working harder lately? Or maybe less efficient?
