Loic is pointing to the case of a flight attendant from Delta Airlines who got fired because she posted some pics on her blog. I think it's a management exageration (I suspect it's the HR). The very first case I know of somebody getting fired because of what she blogged is Troutgirl. (coverage here) She was working for Friendster.

Any company with a security department really shouldn't have employee pictures of the worksite, of other employees, of anything work related showing up on blogs without clearance. These people are paid to be paranoid, have little sense of humor, and have already inserted fine print into your employment contract giving them the right to fire you if you look at them cross eyed. My guess is that these people have such a sexual harassment legal problem that the little cheescake that this lady showed gave them nightmares of further lawsuits. So out the door she goes, another victim of US feminism.
