From Fred: "You can't learn real life business in school. That requires doing it, not studying it." I know many people whose ego went skyrocket just because of a lousy piece of paper saying they had an MBA. :) Being a good leader also means being involved in contexts when one has to be humble and respectful and such things are not really emphasized in grad school.
