Right, it does not work with Firefox apparently. It does with IE.
My guess is that it links to some kind of Microsoft patent special thingumy (to use the technical terms) I couldn't get through on a Mac using Safari. I tried stripping out the extra 'm' from the source and got a 404 error. I then tried going from the 'bootstrapnetwork' root page - and I couldn't! Never mind. I shall now consider myself an official bootstrapper anyway.
Sorry guys, it's not working out unless you use IE. I even tried to save it on my hard drive as a ppt or something, not successful. :(
